We recently had this beautiful home built by Vyn Building Services. They are outstanding in every way! We went into this project knowing very little about the building business and have learned a lot along the way. Stan and Al Vyn are superior craftsmen, honest, professional, kind, respectful and witty individuals who do what they say and say what they do. We first met with Stan after a 45 minute phone conversation that left a great impression. We had sent him our drawings previously and were quite taken with the level at which he and Al had examined them and listed their ideas for possible improvements and cost saving measures. That first meeting went for five hours. This was because Stan had the patience to pour over each detail and answer our endless questions. After a second meeting, Stan was prepared to leave when, at our initiation, we signed a contract. There was absolutely no pressure in any way to enter into this deal. A home build is like a marriage and once you’re married, you’re married! Our union with the Vyn’s was a great one which made for very little stress on us as a couple. When building started, we were welcomed to come and go as we pleased. There was absolute transparency with every detail along the way. Whenever we would show up at the house, we were welcomed and shown the progress and had their undivided attention when we asked questions. Both Stan and Al have the ability to make you feel like they have all the time in the world for you even though they are very busy. We texted or called Stan with questions or concerns and he always got back to us in a timely fashion and addressed each detail. It was always a pleasure to talk to him and he always left us laughing. There was never a cross word between us through the whole project. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in this home is amazing. These men grew up in the business and know their stuff inside and out. They have a great sense of style as does Krissy, who helped us with some of the finishes. Al built our beautiful banquette seating and the window seats in the kid’s rooms saving us thousands of dollars. Stan would always caution us when we were getting off track budget-wise and we ended up with a stunning home, on time and slightly under budget. Both Stan and Al are modest beyond words. They are extremely talented and gracious. There is a tiny sign at the front of our house, not much advertising. They don’t need to tell you how good they are, they can just show you. The Vyn’s will be dear to our hearts forever and we know that even though the “marriage” is over, we will still be friends.

Our dream house became a reality with Vyn Building Services. In fact, it exceeded all our expectations both for elegance and quality. Stan, Al and Krissy made certain it was completed at the highest level. Their attention to detail has made our house stand out as something special and unique. Vyn Building Service’s customers are not just a number or sale to them, but people with dreams and visions. Although sometimes our visons were a bit crazy the Vyn Team made the whole process positive and enjoyable. All of the trades that we worked with were helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Everyone that sees our home is amazed at the quality and beauty. We have heard some horror stories about custom builds, we were so fortunate to have had Vyn Building Services build our home. Without any hesitation, we would recommend them to anyone planning to build. We had a great experience and a wonderful time during this journey. A sincere thank you from Brian & Susan and God Bless!
